Processing Time

All Auntie Essentials items are made to order.
This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created with care.                                  🕊️ 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location (Canada/USA) and items ordered.

Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):

Canada: 5 -10 business days

United States: 4 - 8 business days

International locations: Coming soon

Multiple Items & Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they most likely will ship separately, depending on production location.  You'll receive tracking information for each shipment once it's on the way.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Auntie Essentials.
